Russ hasnt been at my house in a month and a half - he shows up today totally wasted at 2pm...

And ran wires for the garbage disposal, dishwasher, 5-6 outlets - the lights and just about everything else.

Dudes nuts.

No one mess with Russ when he is a little buzzed ;)

(I'm kidding about the alcohol) - Russ just kicked alot of serious **** in about 8-9 hours of work!

Given his recent activities, I would keep the dog penned up while he is around. Just a heads up..

    That's cheap, $10,496.00 over here!

That's cheap, some of the houses out here are even more expensive!

That's why we live in a small, less than 1200 sq ft house.

    NY/NJ property taxes are huge!!

That's amazing! Relatively speaking, Lasareath's house is small.

10k+ isn't uncommon especially out east (Long Island).

1,200 sq. ft. house, 3.5 acres, w/ almost NO restricions. $510 property tax last year.
AND, if I want to do something with my property, i.e. build a garage, fence, install apool, I don't have to pull permits, or bribe anyone;)

Does that include the school taxes?

Yeah it's not cheap. I lived in Madison, N.J. for a year...rented...couldn't afford buying a house there...or the taxes! Of course we were surrounded by people who made absolutely FABULOUS salaries who could 'afford' those rates and prices....I wonder why "I" ever decided to leave? Perhaps because I now, actually own a house!

BTW...my house has about 2500 sq. ft, an attached 2 car garage and over a 1/3 of an acre of land. Two stories with a partially finished basement. Does anyone have 'any' idea of what that would cost in Madison? At least 5 times what I paid for it!
