Extreme distortion experience

Well I got to hear what must be close to 100% distortion last night.
"La Milsa" is a Brazilian restaurant where, for $30, you can eat all the meat you want. The place is always packed.
At one point, they turn on the "sound system" and this scantily clad woman with tall feathers on her head, dances around Brazilian style shaking her twins.
Yeah I know I know, you're gonna tell me to just look at the babe and not listen to the music (I did btw).... But I think the sound system consisted of a 25 watt amp with the volume at maximum, trying to drive a dozen bookshelf speakers mounted on the ceiling throughout the restaurant. My ears were hurting from the amount of distortion. Anyway, that was by far the worst distortion I have ever heard. The view was good though.

The food was quite good actually. All kinds of meats, they have them on large skewers, and different waiters go around the tables slicing pieces of meat onto your plate until you tell them to stop. There are side dishes of salad, rice, and mushrooms on the table too. But basically, you're there to stuff yourself with meat.

I volunteer DJ at my church and have run 15" PA monitors with an Adcom GFA-535 and never had any problems. In fact, I couldn't even get the Adcom to clip, the lights barely flashed.
