That will be about the best price out there unless you find someone willing to come off what they have cheaper. then you have the waiting game.

You have a nice setup now, the FXiA6's will round it off quite nice.

Polk Direct seems like a good deal. They don't pop up for sale that often.

Don't do it. Before my current setup I had monitor 40's as mains and RM101 sats for surrounds. At times I wasn't sure if they were working. Had to do the ole ear-to-speaker test. Even though I only have OWM3's now the jump in sound was amazing. With the better speaker you have I think it would be a waste of money IMO to settle on a lesser surround.

I would never buy from them regardless of price. GO POLK DIRECT ON EBAY OR CALL THEM. i like the fact in knowing my money is going to them directly.

I agree with you Larry, anything from king pin looks like it fell off the ups truck. I got a bid on fleebay for the a6s from polk direct, think its aroung 285 at the moment. Just curious about these other di-bipole looking speekers on ebay as possible rear surrounds, but there's no item description

You don't get it!! I have seen some of the **** kingpin has put up some of it looks a little scary and the rest well PRICE..
and why in the hell would I want to send it back? I would feel much better knowing I am sending it back to a "YOUR QUOTE" big corporation with enough money. ignorant comment by the way.

Polk direct is saving the consumer a **** load of money that can't be beat with a warranty and great CS. everytime I call polk for questions, even on the vintage polks and or parts I am reminded why I stick around here and have polks in my house.

Do what you want. in the end it is your money and just my honest opinon based on facts.

You're doing a great job of making friends around here aren't you?

I would stay away from Kingpin as well, and I know you will. I've seen/heard some bad things about their stuff, whereas it seems that no one ever complains about polk direct. Good luck on finishing out the system!

i just bought my pair of RtiA5s from them. No issues. You just need to pay attention to the description. The packaging is VERY professional as well. Up to you. HIs feedbacks are well enough for me to feel confident abt the purchase. After my own experience though, I do not hesitate to purchase from him again, as long as he describes the items correctly.

If you are warranty kinda guy, you should only purchase directly from Polk, not even from the FS section on here because waranty is not transferrable.

He describes alot of his products excellent condition, but they're all banged to hell.

This is one of his descriptions which he states excellent cosmetic condition but he states has dings, dents and tears in grill cloth. Doesn't add up for me.

That's why I think we need to use precautions. My speakers were described as "Mint" so they were better than "Excellent" but I did check and zoom in photos just to make sure nothing is visible at least. And as I said, it's really abt risk/reward and one's perception of it.
