Help with audio stand

Hi all...I'm currently talking to the owner of this unit and can purchase this quite cheap: http://www.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/cls.pl?accsrack&1261089570. The problem is he has NOTHING that it came with - manual, etc. and doesn't even know the model number. He says I can pick it up from his house (2 hours away) or we can meet near me cause he's there often. I am worried I will not be able to put it together properly (I'm not super handy), or if I do, it will be a piece of crap. Does anyone have info on it? I am hoping to find some info on it - specifically an online owner manual so I can put it together, how much weight each shelf can bare, and just to see what it looks like to put it together. Thansk in advance.

Still, it would cost more than that to build"The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg." --Thomas Jefferson

I see it's sold already. It's similar to the Salamander Archetype Racks. The archetype racks have 1" shelves and are rated for 250 lbs each. The uprights are 5/8" rod.
If the shelves are 1/2" thick and only wood you should be able to get 60 lbs easily on each shelf without bowing. If your amp is heavier than that just reinforce one of the shelves with some steel supports from the bottom. Looks like it has an existing metal frame already.
Hope that helps,

And it would cost more than that to build. I built a stand similiar to what sucks2beme has in his house.Without music to decorate it, time is just a bunch of boring production deadlines or dates by which bills must be paid. ..... Frank Zappa -
I did buy it and have it together now. Thanks for the info. I am having one stupid problem with it...I can't get both the fourth shelf and the top knobs on because the knobs are very deep and won't catch. It's almost like the metal piece isn't long enough...it barely catches when it has three shelves. Maybe I'll upload pics of what I mean later.
