I guess I could have said it a bit better...It don't help much toward getting the Pink Floyd box set...I really wanted it!!

The human factor. It happened on my companies website just last week. A printer we sell for $1799.00 was listed at $179.90. Somebody tried to order one before we caught it, that's why we have disclaimers on our website. We offered him the printer for $1400 to try and make him happy (cost is about $1600), and he's now threatening to sue if we don't honor the incorrect price. I wish him luck with that, there is no way he would ever win.
Same thing happens with print adds all the time. -
Yeah, I was bummed when they didn't honor the price posted for the box set, but not at all surprised.
I think the $20 gift is more than adequate compensation.-Kevin
