Speaker Choice
I'm no hifi guy but would like to get a small system. Being a guitar player I'm somewhat of a tube freak. I have a limited budget and really like the Antique Sound Labs WAVE 25 monoblocks. Would a pair of TSi200 bookshelfs and a powered sub be acceptable?
Thanks

If I were to upgrade to the RTi series bookshelves do the 25 watt monoblocks have enough juice to drive them & would you go A1 or A3? As for the powered sub PSW125 111 or 110. I know this is a low end system for you guys just want to stay on budget. I have looked at slightly more efficient speakers I just always liked polks.Fronts - RTi A5s

You could power RTi bookshelves with those amps...they're pretty efficient.
I'd go with the A3s for a 2.1 system and look into the PSW505 as your sub...available at newegg.com for 249 with free shipping....more power and a lower end than any of the subs you mention above...even if it is an older model!
