Two subs off a stereo amp

I want to run two passive subs off an Adcom GFA-555 with the subs in opposite corners. The additional sub will be within 5 feet of my listing area while the other will be about 10 feet away. Pre-pro only has one sub out so I need something in-line to adjust the volume on one of the subs.

Something cheap....any ideas?

Thanks,

Do you have a pre/pro with 2 sets of preamp outputs? That'll require you of course to setup some type of crossover, otherwise all I can think of is a y-cable from the pre/pro's subwoofer output to the L/R rca inputs on your amp. Your pre/pro subwoofer volume/regular volume should regulate how loud your subs will be in relation to the rest of your speakers.

I'm just wondering about phase issues now...

P.S. Btw, if you do utilize the subwoofer pre-out on your pre/pro, remember that the only way you'll be able to fine tune the cut off/etc. will be from that pre/pro.
