    Caps get old and leak, so i doubt that your current caps are within spec anymore.

    As for the sound difference? I can't personally comment, but everyone seems to love doing it. :)
    I don't read the newsssspaperssss because dey aaaallllllllll...... have ugly print.

    I have heard that it is a good idea to put in some new Capacitors if my speakers are 20 yrs old............will I notice a difference in sound quality?
