Hi; I just tested my 2.3TL's with the test procedures posted here on this site and they tested perfectly! I even discovered the balance control was a bit off on my preamp. The person I bought these from gave me 2 12 gauge speaker wires 25' long with the speakers. They managed to reverse the red and black connectors on each end of one wire so these speakers never worked properly for them, out of phase. My last question is this. Are the 3 tweeters wired to reproduce sound in a different frequency range for each of the three? I checked the schematic and as best I can tell they are all wired differently. The top tweeter is the loudest while the second tweet is softer and the third tweet is softer yet. Both speakers are identical in performance. This site is the greatest!!!
