Thoughts on 3930ci

Guys,
I have the opportunity to purchase a Denon DVD-3930ci for $225 locally. From all I can find, it's a great value. I do already have a decent Pioneer Elite player, but am curious if anyone has experience with this player. It offers the Realta chip w/ BurrBrown DACs, and presumably better performance than the Elite DV-45a.
Of course, the downside is I wouldn't have matching gear anymore.
