Searching for one RT3000p sub amp or one rosewood bottom half. Polk’s asking $400 for the replacement, which is quite ridiculous. Thanks

Guy had a single RT3000sub on Audiogon recently. Got him down to $275 shipped, which for me as a spare would not work.

concealer404 I am very interested, as long as the amp works. It sounds as if your amp may be blown, but it's worth a shot if the price is right. Send me your shipped price to 43015, shipping would definitely be less if you’re willing to remove the amp.

It's not mine. I believe the poster said that one of the drivers worked, but one didn't.

If you get ahold of him to get more info, and you can work out details with him, i'll go pick it up for you and we can work shipping from there.

If you want, i'll try to get ahold of him tomorrow?

For $25 there's not much risk, would you mind purchasing and shipping this for me. I can send funds via PayPal or any means acceptable.

Just out of curiosity, what is wrong with your amp? I had a couple of CAP's blow on one of my RT3000 amps and it cost around $70 for them to fix it. You'd have to include shipping costs to get it to San Diego.

If your asking me, nothing was wrong at the time I removed it. I would re- hook it up to double check before anybody paid me for it.

I needed 1 amp to fill the hole in the back of one of my then newly purchased set.. Polk cust.serv. told me they only had 20 left so I bought 2 new ones a few years ago. I took the older one out and have been saving it as a spare...

Thanks for your assistance concealer404. As for the condition of my existing amp the Polk tech stated it was fried. It worked great up until the loud and sudden "POP" sound followed by a dead speaker.
