Polk Micropro1000 Power use

I was tracking down my audio power consumption and was somewhat surprised to find that my Polkmicro1000 sub draws .6 amp 24/7 unless the AC main switch on the back is turned off. I tested my SVS 12 plus/2 and it draws 0 amps in standby mode. Anybody else measures their Polk sub's power use? Seems like a lot of wasted energy to me.
