Best surround speakers to compliment RTi8?

Hey everyone,

So The RTi A3 bookshelf speakers are on sale right now, but before I pull the trigger I'm wondering if that's the best match for my RTi8 fronts? Is there anything better (RTi A1, FXi A4, FXi A6)?

You should probably define what you mean by "best" as if what you want is "best sound," I guess it would have to be FxiA6 but that might not be the "best" bang for bucks.

Ok sure that's a better idea. Ok here are the options I'm looking at:

RTi A1, RTi A3, TSi100, FXi A4

Disregarding price, which of the previous models would be the best quality choice to go with my RTi8's.

Difference between FXi3 or 5 and FXiA4or 6.

OK you wizards of sound. Now I also am in the same predicament as Polkster. I have a new set of RTi8's and am planning on the FXi3's. These are supposed to be Timbre matched as are the new A series. The way I understand it is in order to have a really Timbre balanced system, I would need to use FXi3's or 5's with my RTi8's, and I would need to use FXiA4's or 6's with a set of RTiA5's or 7's or 9's, if I had them for fronts instead of my RTi8's. In my case I have to use the FX series because of wall space needs. So the real question is! Would the new FXiA series be matched with RTi8's as well as the original FXi series. Also, what is the difference between these two?
