Got these speakers off CL back in may for $300.One owners in 9.5 cond.WOW! All these years I thought my 10A's were great. Have replaced tweeters and when I did one of the tweeter was not connected is this some kind of tweek? now have new amp and preamp as my marantz 2238 and onkyo tx 4500 were not up to the job. finding a good tuner has been a pain,still looking. Crossover upgrade is next, made a big improvement in the 10A's. Any other tweeks I should do?

    Dynamat the passive and the mid woofers, while you have the mid woofers out epoxy the magnets (safety measure, doesn't improve sound). Replace the cheesy riser on the bottom of the cab with spikes. Use Amracell to seal passive and mid woofers.
