Well ****.. I have to answer this after a soldier answers?

Edit: at least that guy's sign doesn't say "Increase your **** size TO three inches!"

Anyway.. I am digesting birthday cake from my little office birthday party, blowing off some time right now as one of our larger cases settled this morning (after weeks of negotiations) and I'm enjoying the moment of downtime. In about an hour I meet my wife and kids for my birthday lunch (chinese buffet) and then I'm taking the afternoon off (although I have to teach tonight at 8, so I can't get birthday drunk or anything).

My wife DID start this day off in a very .. um.. well, three cheers for my wife! One of the only times thus far that both our kids crawled out of bed and tottled off and entertained themselves for awhile - and dearest wife took full advantage of the time. It pays to teach kids technology like how to use the VCR and to - occasionally - allow it to occupy their time. We haven't had cable for about three-and-a-half years so tapes/DVDs are their primary source of audio/video entertainment.

Hey burdette, I'm off to my birthday lunch as well. I'm saving the birthday drunk for this weekend, but you never know. Can't say I had the same morning though... great start!

It's a beautiful sunny day, 50F out, snows almost gone, I'm stuck programming in front of a computer with a window that keeps telling me I want to be outside golfing. Golf courses aren't open yet, probably another 6 weeks or so. I need to swing those clubs soon.

What a beautiful day here in Louisiana.

Sunny, not a cloud in the sky. About 77 degrees.

Working on some landscaping in my front yard. Taking a break. That red edgestone is heavy when you have to lug around 50 of them.

Hope everybody is enjoying nice spring weather like me too.

Just got through with re-potting some house plants, 73 degrees out. Working on my fourth Coors original with a slice of lime, settling down to listen to Diana Krall's latest on the Norh 3.0's, and work on some DIY speakers with Polk tri-lams.

    Cheers,
