Ok. a bit pricey.. but it's a Garmin for pete's sake and it's a cell phone. Funny that Garmin is now in the phone business too.

Lame, I just cancelled ATT a couple months ago too. Only liked it cause it provided service damn anywhere but horrible company in my experience (in dealing with home internet/phone line/digital cable too).

Still haven't replaced that gps that was stolen from my car though...hmmmmmm

I love their GPS devices......but that's something to keep an eye on.....

I don't know why AT&T would bring in a phone with a free GPS program since they have their ATT NAV application as well......but who knows.....
EDIT: answer.... "Voice-guided GPS turn-by-turn driving directions, local business search and more.(additional charges apply)."

I already have one of their GPS' so I'm not gonna pay to use it on a phone........idiots.....

It's priced higher than an iPhone.. and can't do as much either from what I read about it.

Plus it uses a wifi connection for browsing.. not a cell that I know of.

Priced to high I think for what actually get.

F*ck that 'mail in rebate' BS. I just did 3 months of wrestling with ATT over their waving of the activation fee:mad:

I left Alltel/ Verizon, because I was expecting this kind of CS from them. Looks like I jumped into the wrong lifeboat:(

I bought a Samsung Eternity from BB, and I already had AT&T as my provider. They aren't the "best" but I have had all the big names and of them, AT&T has given me the least amount of problems. Even cut me a deal, not once, but twice when my son "accidentally" ran my bill over $500.

I've had the opposite experience with verizon though I guess it just depends on where you live. There are many areas where I live that I get a weak signal or no service at all while others like att and t mobile get full bars.

Anyways, I've never liked the idea of your phone being a gps unit especially if you use your phone a lot. It be a mess trying to find your way around while people keep calling you. Though it might get some terrible drivers off their phones while driving;)

'bout time! Garmin has been building satellite phones for years. Nice to see them trying to get in to the commercial markets.

google maps on my black berry does just fine. Garmin is a cool company and I drive by their plant every day in Olathe. GPS is just another thing to suck the battery out of my berry
