pioneer elite 43tx with srs 2.3

is this receiver OK to start with the sda?? i know more power would be welcome but this should do OK to start right? and should i bi-amp or just do them normal thanks for the help oo and whats the diffrance from the 2.3 with the 2 flat woofers and the normal ones i have the flat woofers
