Gonzo... as a fellow Stryke owner, I hope I'm on solid ground asking this, as I'm simply curious and intend no judgement... but geez man, you have got to be the worst speller I've run across in ages... is it just when you type or do you generally just not spell well? Sometimes it seems to be straying fingers (i.e. bad typing), other times I'd swear you're using some twin-speak or something... chickapaaaaaaayyyyyyyy

Been addressed before burdette. I tried it once and was jumped on for being an **** about it. It comes and goes in waves....hang around for a while and you'll see some good spelling from him from time to time..... :D

Hey Gonzo.. it is going well. I have ONE step left.. to actually glue the tube to the baffle. The tube/top/port is finished, but I had a nagging feeling about my lining, so ripped out the poly batting and bought an egg-crate mattress pad and relined the tube on Sunday. Either tonight or tomorrow I will spread Gorilla glue and finally glue the tube down. I've been using the "heavy bench grinder" method of enclosure closure.. but am ready now to glue. Hope to take measurements in a few days. OH.. actually, one of the primary reasons for the hold up is that my toe spikes were on back order, and I wasn't in a rush to get this thing all together and THEN try to mount feet. They shipped late last week and I actualy expected them today.. no luck. I should be completely finished the evening that those spikes arrive.. tomorrow maybe.

Glad to know I didn't anger/offend you when asking about spelling. I used to be horrendous speller, but pure desire to change and aspects of my job forced the issue. No biggy.. I *usually* know what you're saying. ;)

I teach college courses and am literally stunned at the level of.. lack thereof actually.. of math skills on the part of most people. One woman, I swear, was just about in tears when she realized the math involved in the course. She dropped.. picked up intermediate algebra instead.. smart woman.

Thanks for asking.. finished photos and SPL numbers later this week if all goes as planned.

    .

That shouldn't even be acceptable in junior high. How is it that college students can take a math class and be frustrated at being responsible to do math they probably learned in high school? I don't get it.

That all depends on how much time has passed between graduating High School and attending College...........

Guys, don't worry about Ganzo's spelling (or lack thereof).

I've been hackin' on him for AGES, he takes it in stride.

Search on 'decoder ring', you'll see. ;)

    Cheers,
    Russ

I agree, but in the math classes I have taken I noticed similar complaints from students who clearly did not take anytime off from high school before going to college.
