Good speakers, but they are asking way too much. If I'm reading the add right, they are asking 500 for the pair, and that's just wishful thinking on their part. You can probably find a decent pair for $200 or less even. I say pass.:)

I've lowered the price to $330 but if you find it through this post I'll sell them both for $300. These are great speakers. Make your best offer otherwise.

    Nice speakers mike!

As long as you don't attempt in posting these for sale on the forum without first adhering to the rules I'd say you're fine.

By the way, Welcome to Club Polk!

PS. How come you're selling these things?

Very nice for a pair. Much better than the monitor tens.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I have 11TL's and love them to death. 165 for the pair is a definite must have. 165 per speaker (330 per pair) is still a turn down. I don't blame the guy for trying to make some money on Craigslist, God knows I have, but I wouldn't put that much money down on them.

    Good luck!

I sold mine 3yrs ago with original boxes and I was the original owner, they were perfect; for $225. Typically today a mint pair is around $175 and they go down from there based on condition.

What a humanitarian. $300 is only about TWICE the going price for a pair of Polks that aren't rare at all.

    GREAT first post.

They are just as pretty :) Are the TL's better speakers than the T's? I'm not sure I know the difference.

Can't wait to get those TL's some real power George!

The TL was a refinement of the T. I believe you have different tweeters, and the "wing" between the tweet and mid to minimize interaction between the two. I also never saw a pair of T's without a beveled front baffle, and I've had four separate pair of those at one time or another.
