Indoor speakers outside??

I have a pair of bose acoustimass speakers I would like to mount on my screened in deck on the back of my house.

While they aren't outdoor speakers, the area is protected from wind and rain. The whole area is under roof. They are the plastic case, with two directional speakers in each "speaker".

So would humidity damage the speakers? Hot? Cold?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Humidity probably wouldn't. Heat? Probably not, unless you live in Death Valley or something.

Cold? Yeah. Probably. At least if you tried to run them when it was like -20 out or something.

If they are out of the elements, to include direct sunlight, you should be fine. I have a pair of Energy C-3's out on my patio 2 seasons now, they seem to be holding up fine.
