What will you be using it for? If it's home theatre, I'd sell them both and get something that at least has Dolby Digital and DTS.

+1 on what you are looking to do would help.Sunfire TGP, Sunfire Cinema Grand, Sunfire 300~2 (2), Sunfire True Sub (2),Carver ALS Platinum, Carver AL III, TFM-55, C-19, C-9, TX-8, SDA-490t, SDA-390t

Hooking it up to my Polk monitor 7 in my garage.
I have a Yamaha V3800 with B&W 805 Nautilus series with a Polk sub with a Klipsch center for my
Home theater. -
Which one sounds best to you?
Which has the better tuner section? Since you already have both of these you are probably in a better position to answer that than we are. -
Why didn't I think of that?
I just wanted some advice from you audiophiles, I guess.
Thanks. -

I would hook up both and see what one sounds better. Garage systems IMO don't need to be high end. Just need some background music while working on cars or projects.Sunfire TGP, Sunfire Cinema Grand, Sunfire 300~2 (2), Sunfire True Sub (2),Carver ALS Platinum, Carver AL III, TFM-55, C-19, C-9, TX-8, SDA-490t, SDA-390t -

Yamaha sounds much better.
I was surprised how much better.
Just plain old brought a lot more to offer after
doing a comparison. -
:DMy vote is for the Yamaha then.
Honestly Use your own ears whenever possible, is the best advice I can offer. But then again I'm no audiophile;)
