I found a set of SDA1-B's for sale ($250 for the pair). The owner says they are in good condition for their age. His words, "Minor cosmetic issues. Nips on grills and some scratches. All drivers working as they should."

The only catch is that he does not have the interconnecting cable that goes between each speaker. Is this difficult to obtain? Can I make one from scratch?

    You can make one or there are members here that can help you. Those are in Middletown. Get yer **** over there and grab them.

    Nah... I was actually going to be getting a pair through a trade, but the guy backed out a bit. Which is fine. I really do like my RTA's and wouldn't want to trade them, and I don't have $250 to throw down on the SDA's otherwise.

    I'll get some SDA's when I can afford to keep my RTAs.

    But I swear, I've been eying those for a few days on craigslist...

    I totally understand everpress. Nothing at all wrong with owning RTA's instead. Very-very good speakers.

    I need them like another hole in the head. It's all the talk around here about the SDA's has me thinking I cannot pass them up. I have an old Denon POA-1500 sitting in the basement waiting for them.....

    It's these or I refurbish my old AR90's. Need to refoam and upgrade the caps.
