If anyone has a junk rt800i or rt55i, I need a bezel. My stupid cat jumped on the speaker, which then tipped over and ended up with a smashed bezel. I emailed polk about getting the part, but they do not stock anymore. Please help! We can figure out payment.

PS The older rt55 and rt800 should have the same bezel.

I might be able to spare one from my garage speakers (55i) if the drivers don't need it to mount.

I'm confused at what you are saying; the bezel is what the drivers mount to. If you can spare one, I'm definitely interested.

Well, the bezel on the 55 is a molded plastic thingy, contoured to manage diffraction, and I don't know if it is integral with the baffle plate. If it can come off, and leave the baffle in place, I can deal with it.

Okay, I guess I need the bezel and the baffle that holds the tweeter in place (right now, the tweeter is hanging inside the cabinet). I'm guessing you won't be able to spare that, any ideas where to find a "speaker scrapyard?"

OK, what I think you need is the plastic bezel, which is mounted to the baffle. It is about 6" across and 18" high, and has holes for the woofers and tweeter. The tweeter is actually mounted to it, and it holds the woofers against the baffle. It is held on the baffle by 8 allen head wood screws. Right? If so, I can spare that, but I'll need to get a different tweeter that can mount without the bezel (something from PE). I'll take $30 for it, plus shipping.

You don't need a grille, too, do you?

Sorry I haven't been to the site in a while...yeah the plastic bezel is what shattered on mine, if you would be willing to part with yours, then I am interested. Would you include the tweeter for that price?

ps-I have grills but they are a little frayed, if yours are in good shape i may be interested for the right price.

I'll include the tweeter. It works, but isn't too pretty.

One bezel with tweeter (dimpled, but working fine) and one good grille.
