Help with printer problem

I have an Epson Stylus CX3810. When I print some pages get a small wrinkle at the bottom of the page in the corner and then a smudge of black ink. It's not all the time, but it does happen quite a bit. I've run all the recommended cleaning procedure's and nothing seems to help. Any ideas?

    Sounds like you might have a small piece of paper, or something, stuck in the rollers or gears on he same side as the wrinkle shows up. Try opening up the back access panel (for running thicker paper, if it has one) and have a look see. Has happened to me before.
