Need Info. on RTi1o
Hello, all--first post!
Thinking of buying the rti10's. Do they use cable or bare end speaker wire to connect to an amp?
Thanks!

Hello jj, and welcome to Club Polk. I assume the connection you are talking about is the one in the back of the speaker, more commonly refered to as the binding posts. They should accepct both bare wire and bananas/spades. Also, depending on which type of Amp/AVR you have or are planning on buying you should have the same options as far as connections go on that end as well. What are you plannnig on running for your Center? Sub? Surrounds? The RTi series can handle a lot of power, so make sure you give them what they deserve, meaning if you haven't yet bought an AVR don't overlook the pre-out section for adding an external amp down the road. Man, I'm starting already, lol. Upgraditis will get you sooner or later if you stick around long enough. Again, welcome to Club Polk.

It's not that I'm insensitive, I just don't care.. -
did you buy the ones on ebay?
I asked the seller and he would've knocked off the price by $20 extra, making it $305 shipped but I'm in the middle of moving and couldn't buy them.Onkyo 805, RtiA5s, Csi5, Rti6s -
Well to Club Polk OP, and Jeff has hit the nail on the head and gave great advise. Check out Monoprice of Bluejeans cables for good deals on speaker wire and banana/spade terminals.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!
