I had forgotten how great and unique her voice is! Tonight, I had the house to myself, so I cranked up the 'ol Marantz and the 11Ts for a little fun time. I put on Natalie Merchant's "Motherland", and "The House Carpenter's Daughter". I turned off the **** sub and set the SR6003 to stereo and turned the volume up to -20 and let the good times roll:D Those two albums are simply amazing! I felt like I was there! I was spellbound by the wonderful sounds coming out of my meager set up. It just reminded me again why I want to spend more money on this damned audio stuff. Another surprise came when I put on Emilie Haines and the soft skeletons. It's a live recording, but I felt like I was sitting at a table at a small outdoor venue, and they were on a makeshift stage. Good times I tell ya! Anyway, I just thought I would share. I'm sure there may be a couple of people on here who aren't familiar with those albums, and might enjoy something new:) My name is Donny and I'm an audioholic....thanks for letting me share.
