Anybody ever get burned from this ebay store? Any other thoughts? Seems like nice deals if they have what you are looking for.

    You will get burned if you have your wallet full;) other than you get as usual the best CS flawless products, except for the sticker on the box which says refurb, its as good as new boxed piece, same original packing with all necessary accessories as required i can go on....... just close your eyes and get if you want to buy.:D

    :D It is and you get almost new units believe me, i have shopped for quite a lot of stuff the recent being db6501 at crazy prices, picked up 2 pairs:D

    I've made several purchases from Polk Direct. The speakers were just like brand new, they even needed to be broken in. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them, the only downside is shipping and having to pay sales tax.

    My first ever Ebay purchase was from Polk Direct. Same great customer service youve come to expect. I hate Ebay and even I recommend shopping Polk Direct.

    Agreed, its the first place you should look for Polk speakers!

    In July purchased "refurb" LSi9's. Try as you might, but damn, I swear new & half the retail price :D:D:D Excellent service, received in 3 days at auction completion (of course I live in Cali, so that may have something to do with the quick turn)
