The Silver Seven's are slated to be mine one day, I already have the arrangements made. Just have to get the $$$ up. The setup consists of a Silver One tube pre that has 19 tubes in it, a Clearview x-over, a Silver 6,7 and 9. We are going to take the best of the best and see what kind of rig we can assemble. Lord knows we have plenty of speaker choices to choose from. We can even set up a trinaural rig if we want running all of these tube amps at the same time.

I will be arriving at 1:00 tomorrow afternoon. At 1:01, you will not be able to peel me away from the sweet spot if you had a jackhammer. :D

They blew out a KT-88 as well. They were all sitting at a table with no music playing when they smelled something. When they turned around, one of the tubes had a internal firework show. Not to worry, Bob's there and there are plenty of tubes. ;)

Tom just because you can take a picture at a gazillion Mega pixls doesn't mean you should. I take most of my internet photos at 1.3 mega pixels, and bump it up to the max if I want to print out a billboard for the side of the road. You can resize those pic for the web easily enough;) Wish I were there. I miss you George, Jerry and Even Russ:(
    Have fun guys.
    Ben

Edit: What is Bob driving all those KT88's with? Is it a mosfit driver stage?
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

    schwarcw,

I heard from Tom and Tom last night around 6:30. I was told that they were about to be thrown out because "their music was too loud." "But Bill (me BB3) we were only showing 10 watts being put out." hehehe.......

Just thought you would want to know schwarcw.----Bill (BB3)

The top set are Silver 7's 25 tubes with 9 pairs of KT88's(owner refers to them as Silver 9's), the one's below are Silver 6's 15 tubes with 6 pair of KT88's, and the front pair are Sliver 7's 19 tubes with 7 pairs of KT88's. They sound fantastic.
