Epicure Model Ones great shape local only

Sold these a few months ago only to have them find there way home....friends wife made him return them..LOL sounds like some husbands on this board :D....and at a lesser price to boot...restocking fees ya know ;)....so once again a pair of Epicure Model Ones without the EQ unit...all drivers except tweeter were refoamed, not the neatest job but all drivers sound great....speakers are in good shape a few scratches here and there but for their age they are very nice.....will let them go again for what I paid to get them back which is a fantastic price for some speakers that you dont see every day...just no room and my Epicure 3.0's are the latest redo project so need a few extra $$$

    Crap... not another local speaker deal. I don't think there's any way to justify it, or find space. Where are ya in Mpls? Maybe I could come by and take a look.

    Will let BOTH the LS 50's and the EPI go for $300
    Both sets of fine speakers for $300

    resell a pair..keep both....give both away to friends.....

    this is sure proof that there are wonderful deals to be found in the CP flea market.......

    have had 4 pairs over the years and not one had the control eq but all sounded very nice....i would think any eq would have nearly the same effect, but cant say for sure....

    Epicures have been sold.....

    will keep the LS 50's as even for 125 I couldnt GIVE them away...... hooked them up last night and glad they didnt sell....into the wifes HT room they will go...
