I'm doing something incredibly crazy next week, just thought I'd share....

Running 193miles as part of a relay race ending in DC.

    some of my family runs in those things... crazy stuf, but they really like doing it.

    Myself, I find there are a limited number of reasons to run. Someone trying to kill me, or first one there gets free beer; for example :D
