Surroundbar remote learning

Forgive me if this is the wrong forum, but this is my first post here. I would like to know if anyone with the surroundbar sda system has been able to use a logitech harmony one remote to control the power and volume controls on the soundbar. I have followed all the supplied instructions on pairing the remote to the soundbar and it doesn't work.


Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
