This guy has to be one of the best things to happen to Country music in many years. I like some newer country, but that pop sound that has been coming out as of late gets real tiresome. This guy is worth a hard look.

    He sounds pretty good....more of a classic country sound that my wife likes.

    I'm liking it a lot. He has his own sound. It's definitely country with some rock thrown in on some songs to liven them up. Country today hasn't really knocked my socks off(most sucks). The SQ is very good, dynamic, and clean. There is some noise between a few tracks, but this good old fashioned country with a mix of slow to moderately quick paced music is in my player a lot.

    I listen to country radio on a daily basis and am a big fan of Jamey. I'm really surprised that he isn't bigger than he is right now. "I Color" is really the only song most people have heard from him. There are a lot of really good songs on his latest CD.

    I really want to pick up his new CD. I hope he stays true. If he can keep putting out good tunes he should go far. He is what county has been lacking for a while. A breath of fresh air for sure. BTW do you know how many albums he has?
