Cooking is one of my passions/ hobbies and having been in the restaurant biz for over 30 years, 15 as a consultant I have collected alot of different spices and hot sauces..time to thin the hot sauce herd a bit..no the limited edition Blairs will not be leaving...but i do have 3 bottles from Capt Redbeards Sharkbite line. These are 3 different bottles
All 3 are actually quite tasty. We have:
Cayenne pepper sauce
Habanero pepper sauce
Jalapeno pepper sauce
A simple I like it hot gets you in
Winners sauce will be going out Saturday.....all 3 to one winner. karma entries end Friday 10 pm.............

I CANNOT have my food hot enough with the exception of a whole jolokia pepper washed down with boiling water. I must have over a hundred and fifty bottles of hot sauce in my collection - none of which includes these.

Excellent Karma!!! Please count me in. I LIKE HOT!!!

Sad indeed... One of the few joints where their hotter sauces were actually hot. I could chug the hottest offerings from places like BW3's and Quaker Steak (and on several occasions have).

Do you have any favorite sauces? Any recommendations? For flavor, I really enjoy anything from a Datil pepper (maybe with some fruity undertones - hold the jokes).
