RANT:

If as a seller you have been on e-bay for several years buying and selling and have a feedback rating of say 300+ and 99.5% positive..............is it too much to ask that you answer a few basic questions? I am SO tired of sellers completely ignoring my questions about the item they are selling. They write short cryptic descriptions which always include "please ask any questions".

This of course has to do with tubes and tube markings and codes, etc. Very simple questions that could be answered in a few sentences. It's annoying as hell. If I'm going to bid $30,40,50,60,75 on your item..........I want to know exactly what I'm getting since there is so much ignorance and variation among tubes.

I hear ya heiney. If a seller doesn't respond or gives me some jerk off answer about a particular item I'm interested in, I just don't bid. I've learned it's just not worth the hassle.

Quit you're freakin' bitching. He's bought so many tubes lately that the Secret Service is watching him like a hawk.:D

I have never been shy about telling sellers what I think of their auction page's descriptions, and the short, vague answers they give to my simple and direct questions. Some were startled by it and apologized, while most made some very detailed and lengthy replies of a profane nature. I guess they don't mind a little extra typing if you've ruffled their feathers but not when you're attempting to buy their items.
