Saw this for sale...ADVENT Sunfire Technologies AV550S Subwoofer.
Anyone heard of this and what it would be worth?

I used to have one. it was a low and loud sub. I sold it for a couple hundred in mint condition. The 15" does not move much though.

Sunfire did provide amps for other audio companies over the years.

thanks everyone.
The links to the AV Reviews pointed out that while the Sunfire amp is 250w RMS/ 500w peak, the box has some resonance issues that effect the proformance.
Searching the carver sites didn't turn up any info, bummer.
we'll have to see what I can get it for.

They did the same with Acoustic Research if you find any models that say they use some of their amps.
