Buying a new plasma this weekend and want to replace my old wore out 600 series Harmony.
Does anyone here have the Harmony One? Is it really "the one"?

Would appreciate any feedback.

I have one and love it. Had the 659 before (I think that's the number). Both do everything I need them to do, but I like the One better basically for two reasons:

    -Rechargeable
    -Layout (much more intituive IMO).

I have the 670 and can't stand it. It is always forgetting which devices are turned on or off. I go to watch tv, and it forgets to turn on the cable box, tv, or DVR. It works right maybe 1 out of 5 times. Every time I use it I have to push the help button to fix things. Also I can't really use the volume function with my denon avr. If I push up it will go up like 10db. It's really hard to get it to work right with the volume.

I am though one of the only people that seem to be having trouble with it, so maybe it's a user error and not the device's problem.

Nope, mine does this as well. When I want to switch to use the PS3 it always changes the TV input but rarely changes my HK to Vid3

It is definitely the One. I have my setup to turn on Air Conditioning, BD player, PJ, AVR, dim lights to scene 4, when I come in HT room and press Watch Blu Ray. Works great.

I'm considering the Harmony One also. From all I've read it seems like it can do it all and then some.

Sheradp, How do you get it to turn on the AC.???
