Polk promises excitement on multiple fronts. We'll be seeing the new Atrium sat/sub set, SurroundBars, OWM on-walls in nine different configurations, the PSWi225 wireless sub, and new in-walls. The latter (pictured) are the Vanishing Series. They have minimized bezels, paintable mini-perf grilles, new drivers, new crossovers, and a lifetime warranty. Prices: $170-620. In-ceilings will follow at CES 2010.

Interesting...they look pretty nice. Looks like the LSi tweeter is used in them...that's a plus.

Why are we finding this out from some magazine and not here? What's up with that? I guess I thought I'd always find out about new Polk products from somebody on the POLK FORUM before we see it elsewhere.

I'm hoping Polk introduces a new Flagship line to replace the LSI series. I think they did a good job with the RTI-A line especially the A5 and A9 for HT.

I have the LSi-15's and I find myself wanting for more. While I love the sound and the imaging of the speakers (although placement can be a little bit of a **** in a not so perfect room) and the tweeters are warm and detailed, I find the depth of the music is lacking, especially in the midrange section, IMO there is a layer of music missing.

It is also disturbing that many owners have to re-do the XO's to get a better sound on a Flagship speaker.

I do Love my LSI's, I just think they could be better.......Looking forward to new Polk Products.

It's not exactly "re-doing" them, it's upgrading the parts that are used. There's nothing wrong with the crossover design and the parts Polk uses is typical for it's price range. It's also possible to use better parts in 5, 10, and 20 thousand dollar speakers, so don't get too hung up on it.

Maybe it's just me but "it" does not look very appealing and I bet "it" does not sound so great. I'll take a pair of 5jr's. Then again I have no reason to have mini speakers but had to make a comment.

That tweeter will eat any RDO for breakfast.
