I need to download the manual for the m0.5t from the carver site to get the wiring diagram but when it downloads the diagram is all fuzzy and worthless.

Could someone please check this web address http://thecarversite.com/manuals/files/Carver%20M-0.5t%20service%20manual.pdf and if the diagram is clear for you save the pdf and e-mail it to me? I need it to fix my carver amp.

If there's a better place to get an m0.5t wiring diagram that I don't know about that would work too. Thanks guys!

Thanks very much! I haven't gotten an e-mail yet so I'm hoping it's just taking a while because it's a big file. :)

Just PM'd you lol...its 24mb and my hotmail only allows attachments of up to 10mb so I'm going to check to see if I can send it via gmail. I have adobe acrobat to read/view PDF files but I can't cut/edit one myself otherwise I'd cut it down in 10mb portions.

I did get the e-mail thanks very much! unfortunately it's still unreadable....must be something broken on my end. I'm using a Macbook Pro so who knows what's going on.

I'll try the one in the PM and see if it's any different.

Oh there's no attachment in the PM haahaa. Well thanks for sending it to me...I tried using acrobat pro to open it and using the regular mac preview button to open it. I'll try opening it on a PC on campus to see if that works. Atleast now I have the file though. Thanks again man I really appreciate it!!!

    Glad yo got it...
btw, what are you doing to the amp?
    Replacing or upgrading?
IF you are upgrading, are you doing the MKII upgrades that Rich came up with.
    You probaly have seen those.....;)
I would be interested in finding out how hard it was.
    I have a M500.

I'm getting it fixed. The left channel was all gurgly and weird and definitely quieter than the right channel. My physics teacher is going to take a look at it for me ad if he can't figure out what's going on I'll take it to an electronics tech.

I've heard about the MKII upgrades but I'm not real interested in upgrading anything right now. I'm really just trying to get it fixed for cheap so I'll have something to power my SDAs with. For now I'm listening to music on my laptop :(
