Now that the law is in effect here, we are looking at buying a hands-free BT system for our vehicle. What are you guys using? We don't want the ear piece. Some type of speaker.

I've heard good things about Parrot, if there's an installer near you, but I've never tried it:

Perhaps the easiest option is adding a bluetooth GPS unit, but I haven't tried that either. I'd be concerned about the proximity of the mic and noise cancelling, so we just use high quality headsets instead (the mic is obviously well placed, and the noise cancelling is excellent). Since the headsets match our phones, the same charger works with both phone and headset, which is a lot more convenient, especially when travelling.
    Alea jacta est!

The Parrot looks sweet, I don't want anything perm. as we lease our truck and only have 1.5 yrs left on it and we are not buying it out. I have a BT headset that I bought for the PS3 but will leave it there. I just want something we can leave in the truck so no one forgets it. Right now I'm looking at the Moto T505.

How about something that looks great, improves the audio in your car, AND provides you with hands free calling?

Thanks, but again I don't want to mod the vehicle in any way shape or form.
It has a indash 6cd so to replace it with this would require mods.

Its just the thing about the FM modulated units is well, theyre FM modulated. I could see not wanting to lose a 6 disc CD changer, just hopefully you're not driving a Ford as you might end up needing to replace it anyway. But any aftermarket radio can easily be taken out and put back to factory without ever knowing it was there. You can also put it in your next car.

Besides the fact that more than likely, you're going to get a lot better sound, and you'll have the ability to hook up any portable audio device, and will actually direct connect with an ipod if you have (meaning it'll charge it and everything). You can also get a portable USB powered HDD and hook up to it, as well as a flashdrive, and it will read the media off of those.
