Is this a problem?

I bought two power cords off the bay for a really cheap price. They are dh labs cords but they are terminated with...
(Marinco Hospital grade 15amp on the outlet end, 10A Marinco on the other end)
Will it hurt anything having a 10A end on the side that goes into the unit?
Should i replace it or maybe even both?

    Not unless you are pulling more than 10 amps.
