I just got off the phone with them looking for a replacement lamp for my Sunfire Cinema Grand... I am not the original owner, and the amp has bben out of warranty for a decade now. At no cost to me they are sending TWO replacement lamps. Great service and customer support worthy of passing on to others.:D

Sunfires service sucks!!!
REGARDS SNOWWell, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all -

Might be because you live near the top of the world. Things get cold and break a lot up there.:D
I never had any experance with them so I have not much to say. I just got my first Sunfire True sub and love it. Though it was recently serviced by Rita Helm before I got it.Sunfire TGP, Sunfire Cinema Grand, Sunfire 300~2 (2), Sunfire True Sub (2),Carver ALS Platinum, Carver AL III, TFM-55, C-19, C-9, TX-8, SDA-490t, SDA-390t -

This is good news, as I have a Cinema Grand also.......My bulb is still working, but let us know how to change the bulb, I've never really looked inside to see how it would be done.
