Customer Service Kudos to Sunfire

I just got off the phone with them looking for a replacement lamp for my Sunfire Cinema Grand... I am not the original owner, and the amp has bben out of warranty for a decade now. At no cost to me they are sending TWO replacement lamps. Great service and customer support worthy of passing on to others.:D

    Very nice info. Glad to hear they are helping were they can. I guess they figured out a few bucks now in helping you keep your gear looking/working will turn into sales down the road.

    Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

    Might be because you live near the top of the world. Things get cold and break a lot up there.:D

    I never had any experance with them so I have not much to say. I just got my first Sunfire True sub and love it. Though it was recently serviced by Rita Helm before I got it.

    Their service sucks for virtually everyone. John is the first person that I have ever heard say anything nice about them, of course he drinks coke for breakfast instead of Coffee a real mans swill so who knows :D If you have Rita do something for you it will probably be a different story because she is not part of Sunfire or it's service department.

    Cool glad to hear it. My experience went like this I sent them an email asking about getting a replacement RCA input because one had broken on my Sunfire 300 X 2. I was informed that they did not sell replacement parts nor could they tell me a part number or supplier of these inputs so I could get it elsewhere, but they were perfectly happy to fix this issue for a flat rate repair cost of almost $500.00 if I sent them my amp.

    This is good news, as I have a Cinema Grand also.......My bulb is still working, but let us know how to change the bulb, I've never really looked inside to see how it would be done.
