I have a pair of Sennheiser headphones that I purchased a while ago. I really like these cans and they are still in great shape except...part of the headband is broken (probably my fault). I contacted Sennheiser via email asking if they sold the replacement part because I really did not want to send them in for repair and it appeared to be easily replaced. I was hoping it was available since the headphones are still a current production item and I was willing to pay for the part and shipping. I just received an email back asking for my address as they are going to send me the part "under warranty"...no questions asked.
Great CS! This is they type of CS I have come to expect from audio companies like Polk, AudioQuest, Signal Cable, NAD....and now I can add Sennheiser to that list!
