My SVS PB12-Plus got delivered today.... on an 18 wheeler with a 53foot trailer! I don't remember ever seeing one of those in my neighborhood before! This thing came banded to a pallet, wrapped in a cloth sack, surrounded by 6inch thick foam, and double boxed. I believe it weighs about 125 lbs uncrated and it was all I could do, along with the help of my wife and daughter to get it up one flight of stairs to my HT room. Got it placed but it will be this weekend before I can hook it up and tune it in. Needless to say my expectations are high. Will report more after I get it fired up.

EDIT... and, oh, yea, Ms Manley is a woman... -
Got this beast hooked up and fired up. I have not done much adjusting beyond how the intructions said to set it for start up. Will do that tomorrow. All I can say is SWEEEET! This really is a very nice piece of equipment and seems to be worth every penny spent. The SVS does play loud, low, clean, and has a very, very precise feel. I watched the Lower 5th street scene from Batman Dark Knight and was BLOWN AWAY. I am sure there must be something better out there. There always is. But this is the best I have heard by far and good enough to keep me happy for a long, long time. Will try to get some pics posted soon.

Got some updated pics posted on System Showcase section under ls7z06. I love this sub.... and how well it works with my Polks. Took me about a year to put the audio stuff together here, but it was worth the effort.
I still need to hook up my Panamax power conditioner, and I need to check the room response for peaks on my sub and make some fine tuning adjustments. Then, I think I really am done.... until it's time to get that new Samsung 55inch LED 240Hz TV! This really is a sickness.
