I won't be getting them as much as I'd like to but I simply don't have room for them :( Plus, saving my $$ for when those elusive SRT's come along......Although, you can't buy replacement amps anymore for the 3000's. Tempting. Oh well. Maybe I'll wait and see if he moves them. If he doesn't, I can make an offer.... :D

BTW, I think I know the guy who's selling them. I believe he's the same guy I bought a pair of FX1000's off of about 6 months ago. I think I paid $475 at the time which seemed good and his stuff was mint! If it's the same guy then this is an absolute steal. Like getting them new.

Very close to the SRT series minus sda technology.
    SRT For Life; SDA Forever!

    The SRT SEISMIC System:
Four main satellite speakers, six powered subs, two dedicated for LFE channel, two center speakers for over/under screen placement and three Control Centers. Amaze your friends, terrorize your neighbors, seize the audio bragging rights for your state. Go ahead, buy it; you only go around once.

They can be made to sound fantastic. Put a pro with plenty of headroom, a good pre and some decent cable behind them and they sing.

I just purchased a set minus the surrounds. I owned them before and loved them. I sold to make room for the 1.2TL's. Found a deal on a set locally and hooked them up in the family room. I forgot how good they sound and how easy they are to drive. My Martin Logan Clarity's are now for sale. The Logan's sound great, but they need a good amp to really drive them. The RT3000's are driven easily my my Elite receiver. Great Polk system.
