Differences in drivers 6500,6600,6501

Does anyone know if there electrical differences in the these drivers 6500 6600 6501. In comparing them in RTA 12s I swear the 6500 sounds more open and musical. Maybe I am wrong. I remember many years ago someone on this site saying the same thing. Has anyone ever compared these? Thanks,
