Trying not to make you feel bad but...lol....the day I had to leave my CA. apartment I still had my $500 shoei helmet (all black, medium sized) and had no way of taking it to IL so I gave it away just before leaving the complex :( will be posting you some pics of the actual jacket.

    EDIT: Added pics

    SNV11791.jpg
    SNV11788.jpg

Pictures came out a bit weird because of the reflective coating on the jacket lol

    That is awesome.

I don't care If I have to cut a four inch section out of my arms. I'm gonna make that thing fit! Or dye trying.:D

It actually doesn't look that small in the pics...

Could you measure the length of the sleeve?

Sure thing, I'll edit with measurements. Gimme one sec, I'll measure it while wearing it (so it stretches the way its supposed to)

Well, it fits me nice n snug (5'7", 155lbs) the way a moto. jacket is supposed to fit so you'll have trouble fitting in it I'm assuming. Arm length is 28" long from center of my chest (zipper, upper chest) to the end of cuff.

Nice bike, now go out there and get on it. Get on a quiet road, ride it, get it up to about 6K rpm let off the throttle, then crack the throttle real quick and ride out a 1st gear wheelie. Or ride it out, shift 2nd, clutch in, gas it, let off and pull it a nice wheelie, shift her real quick and ride it on out baby.

My next bike is going to be another R1 or ZX10. I really miss my MV Agusta F41000S though. That thing pulled major babes just on looks alone, on the street simply the sweetest bike out there. Might buy another one, but I'll definitely buy something next yr.

I actually think its going to fit me. It might be just a tad short on the sleeves. But I'm not sure. The measurements are saying is going to fit all most perfect.. Maybe a tad snug...

Let me deposit some money into my account tomorrow. And as soon as it clears. I'll want you to ship it out Via USPS Priority mail if you can..

I'll take care of shipping plus the $50.00 for the jacket..

I'm thinking maybe Monday or Tuesday I'll be able to make the payment...

If for some reason it is too small. I'll just throw it on ebay or CL and get my money back... I bet it would sell in no time flat on ebay.. Jackets like this one are selling for $200-$500... Most of them that are comparable to yours are closer to the $500 mark...

Nice and sick fast. I had all of them minus a Kawi and Honda yet. The new CBR1000s are nice but the frames are small. At 6'4 I need something that will fit my big ****. So I stick to R1s, Gixxers and Kawis. My MV was a great fit, built on a shorter wheelbase than the others but man that baby had the torque of a gixxer down low and would just freaking fly.

On the downside, maintenance, parts very expensive, oil filters were running me like 20 bucks a pop paired with Motul Synthetic Oil. So 2010 R1, will be my next move.

Yeah. I seen a Youtube video of a stock R1 hitting something like 202mph?
In NOTHING flat. It was unbelievable. I don't see how you could handle it... Thats crazy fast..

Congrats and if it has not been said already, take the motorcycle rider safety course and if it has been said it needs to be said again. If have already taken that then take the advanced course.

Don't dress for the ride, dress for the wreck. Please do not wear those fingerless gloves, get a nice pair like these and some body armour.

    I sold my SDA's and bought a bike!

This is my first bike and so far it seems like a great bike to learn on. Small quick and nimble. And very comfortable..

    Its a 1993 Honda CBR600F2 with only 15,000 miles.

The only thing done to it is a D&D slip on and a stage 2 jet kit. I am also running Race Gas in it..

Been riding it all day. I love it!! I'm tired and a little sore though. My hands hurt the most. I bought a new helmet today. But I didn;t by any gloves. I'm going to go buy some tomorrow and see if that helps my hands any.. I'm going to buy a nice riding jacket when I have some extra money also...

So what you guys think? I paid $1600 for the bike..

The first pic is a short video I took with my camera...

Congrats on your first bike. A jacket is a must have. I think pants and boots are too. Even if it takes you a month or two to get all your gear, make sure you do it.

If you haven't heard of this place, it has some of the best deals out there:
    www.newenough.com
Check the 'close-out' sections for really good deals.

BTW, Here is my SV650S that I just sold three weeks ago. Deciding what to get next.

Newenough is fantastic to deal with. I got a $400 Alpinstars cold weather jacket there for $99. Didn't fit, no hassle exchange (no charge) for the next size up.

Avoid the Joe Rocket crap though, everything I have bought by JR has started to fall apart in a year or two, and I don't get to ride all that much. Hate to see how it would hold up in a crash. My 17 year old Fieldsheer leather and gloves, and 5 year old Alpinstar's textile on the other hand, still look like brand new.

I ride all the time and my JR jacket is still like new (minus the bug stains). It was a good deal, I think, as $450 is the lowest I have seen on both 1&2 piece suits.

I have a joe rocket jacket, havent had any issues. The only thing I did have issues with were my a* textile gloves. Within a year of riding I had worn holes through the finger tips.

Bought some joe rocket ones to replace them with, no issues so far, but i havent had them long.

Might be getting a A* SG-1 2-piece racing suit for next track season though.

This universal hand wave that happens every time another MC rider passes another MC rider. Doesn't matter if your on a crotch rocket or a Harley. Everybody gives the wave..

I wouldn't say everyone. I'd say about 10% of Harley guys wave back, while about 90% of crotch rockets wave. From my informal studies on the topic, at least :D

I agree, most Harley guys look at me weird or that thought "POS crotch rocket" type stare. Most dudes on street bike wave, throw up a peace sign or nod depending on traffic. I'll normally nod, throw up a wave, drop it down a gear and ride a wheelie. Check out some these t-shirts guys. I love the ReaperWear stuff.

On top of that, they look to be a local company to me. Ordered on Sunday and the packets were waiting for me at home when I got here. I think I ordered the right size suit, when I stand up my privates get squeezed, and when I try to get out of it, it takes me 5 minutes to get my shoulders out. :)
