From the current group of Polk Audio Center Channel Speakers that are available, which one do you feel will best match up with my current speakers ?

Just a little insight though, I may use 2 center channel speakers powered by 2 Carver TFM15CB's switched to mono and would love to wall mount them above and/or below my TV.

Thanks in advance for everyones time and help concerning this matter.

Sincerely, B.B.3

If that is your intent to wall mount them, I would go LSiC... but for the sake of voicematchibg I believe your best option is to go with the CSi A6, and run only one of them.

Thank You nooshinjohn. Do feel the LSI-C will not sound "right" at all ?

I really appreciate your insight and knowledge with this subject.---B.B.3

Since I don't have SDA's I can only tell you I use a CS400i below the screen, and I have used a CS300 above. I will use both when I either make my NAD amp available or purchase a new amp to run both centers simultaneously. Are your tweeters original, upgrades, or perhaps RDO's? All I know is my CSi30 goes better with my non Peerless replacement tweeters (SL1000) in my 10A's. With the Peerless I prefer the CS400i or the CS300. Someone else recommended the C5 so you are just gonna have to experiment.

I've frequently heard the CS300 and CS400 (or CS400i) mentioned as good choices. Should be $200 or less (used only), especially if you find them locally, but you may have to wait a few months to find one to your liking. Some are in pristine condition. In fact, I recently sold a CS400 and a CS300. Both were basically like new ... at least 9/10 on the "AudiogoN scale". Here is a link to the CS400i product information:

    http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/specs/recent/cs400i/

The CS400 has identical specifications. There was no "i" version of the CS300 and there is no product page.
    Alea jacta est!
