Should I use the DAC in my Sony or Sunfire?

The DAC in my Sunfire Theater Grand Processor is a 20-bit DAC which from what I read on the net is pretty good.
My CD player is a Sony SCD-C333ES and I can't seem to figure out what kind of DAC it uses (not from Google or the owners manual).
Currently I am using Sony ES DAC and running some of Ben's Silver analog cables to the Sunfire, and it sounds great.
Just wondering if I would gain an improvement using the Sunfire DAC's, and I would also need to buy a digital cable as I have sold all of mine.
Note this would be for Redbook CD's only as the CD player outputs SACD from the analog section.
Thanks in advance for any help given.:)

Well...I think the ES has a 24-bit/96KHz Current Pulse D/A Converter and I should leave my set-up the way it is currently.
Maybe one day I'll try out an outboard DAC.
