While I understand the need to sell things on Craigslist, Let's just get real.

Things you should know before selling/buying!!

**** TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ITEM….why should I have to email you for a picture*****

1. If you've had it for more than 2 wks then it's not new. PERIOD!!!
2. "Like New" is not the same as NEW.
3. Retail price is not the same as street price. Do your research!
4. We don't care if you have the receipt, you're still selling it on the street.
5. If it was $250 when you bought it and you've opened it, played with it, dropped it.....then it's no longer worth $250
6. We know that your wife/brother/mother didn't have an extra one. Stop lying, we don't care as long as the price is reasonable.
7. We will not send you any money any where! If you "just left" Memphis, then you can "just come back."
8. Hey, I just found a great new site and it’s called…….Get a life.com!!!!! Stop advertising your site!!
9. Don't say "Make an offer" and then put a price in the heading.
10. There's no such thing as slighty used. It's either used or new....or stolen.
11. We don't care if you live in Bartlett/Germantown, the streets are the streets.
12. If I can't turn it on then I don't want it!
13. If you've had it for more than 1 year then you should pay me to take it.
14. If it has a spot or crack that’s barely noticeable…….then it’s broken!!
15. If you've posted the same ad for 4 days and nobody will buy it, I have an idea.....LOWER THE PRICE!!
16. If you pay more than $900 for anything on the street, then someone should hit you over the head with a sledge hammer.
17. We don't care how much it costs or how much you paid for it.
18. Who cares if your iphone is unlocked! It's only worth $150 max.
19. If you can sell it for more then why did you put it on Craigslist.
20. If someone was dumb enough to by your stuff, then remove the add.
21. If your computer has a floppy drive then it’s OLD.
22. A netbook is not a Notebook. All netbooks are $300 in the store.
23. The reason they sell items at these prices is because we're dumb enough to keep buying them!

All iPhones 1G/2G/3G- $120 Max
iPhone 3GS- $500
HTC Diamond - $100
HTC Pro - $100

Blackberry Bold - $100
Blackberry Storm - $100
Blackberry Pearl/Curve - $75.00
Blackberry Flip - (nobody wants a flip phone) $50

All other touchscreen phones - $100

ipods 30/60/80 gig - $75 We don't care if there's music on it.
ipod touch 1st generation - are you kidding? $75
ipod touch 2nd generation 8/16/32 gig- $75/$120/$170

Laptops
Dells/Gateways/Toshiba - any model -$300
Apple Macbook Pro - street price is $400-$800
Computers with less than 80Gigs are old! $40-$100

Macbook Air - $900 why? (because nobody told you to buy it in the first place. It has no dvd drive and only 80Gig hard drive.)

Bigscreen TV's - size doesn't matter, they're obsolete now - $200
LCD/Plasma - 32inch -50 inch $250-$550 Thank you Sam's Club and Walmart.
