M$ Excel Help please

So I am pretty good with Excel, can do formulas, drop down boxes...blah, blah, blah.
Here is the issue, I want to make a one-to-one copy of a specific spreadsheet. This copy has to be made on a daily basis. The problem is when I do a copy and paste it does not create an exact replica, I have to go back and adjust row heights....etc.
When I tried the "paste special" feature, it created my cells horizontally not vertically.
Google is not coming up with any answers. Can someone please explain specifically on what I need to do.
Thanks

right click on your xl sheet name, click on move or copy and tick mark on create a copy, you should be fine.

Are you selecting the whole worksheet using that little empty square right between column A and row 1? That should take all formatting.

x2 That should work!
If you use the same formatting, but only change the data, you can also create a templet. When saving the document save it as a templet (.xlt)HT:
Projector - JVC HD100, 100" Fixed Screen, A/V Receiver - Pioneer Elite VSX-92TXH, Power Conditioner - Panamax M5300-EX, BluRay - Sony PS3, (2) ADCOM GFA 555 Bridged, Speakers - LSi 15, LSi C, LSi FX, Sub - 12" M&K VX-1250.

x2! works for me every month and preserves formatting."Don't forget to change your politician. They are like diapers they need to be changed regularly, and for the same reason." -
Yep....Jacob that worked perfectly. Really appreciate the help.
